I hear Mesa hires off the street captains. What are the requirements to get hired as an off the street captain. (not that I want to go there) I'm just curious.

I think it's ATP mins with at least 1,200 PIC - Don't take the bait. I doubt they are hiring street captains anytime soon anyhow - they are shutting down the NY Dashes and that is where they needed the "street" captains to begin with.
