It does not specify if you are paid during training, although it is nice to know that they pay for housing during training.

They do pay for training. If I'm not mistaken, it's around $250 a week. Plus, as of recent, they are paying for housing and plus food money ($1.55/HR 24-7)..

$250 a week plus per diem if your assigned to JFK (Which you will be) for the entire training course (after their launch program). Paid housing at either the Holiday Inn, Radisson or Hilton. The food at the Comair Cafe is inexpensive as well and transportation is provided from the hotel to the training center.

The Launch program is kind of like a continuation of the interview..but not really...if that makes sense. It is two days of ground training followed by 3 days of sims to make sure you can fly the RJ 95% of people can some get weeded out here but it is very rare. after the Launch program you begin basic indoc for a week, two weeks of systems CRM etc, and then hit the sims for 2-3 weeks then move on to IOE

As far as the interview goes...be relaxed and yourself study the gouges its a pretty simple interview...you have to take a cog test which i am sureyou have read about on the gouges...nothing you can do to prepare for it, just have fun with it...

The Comair facilities are really nice enjoy yourself and good luck

I start training in two weeks. Really looking foward to it! I wish I had a car during training, but looks like I'm not going to. Anyone joining me the 19th?
