Default Envoy opens Miami (MIA) base!

Envoy has now officially announced opening of their Miami Crew base, now making it's crew base options: DFW, ORD, LGA , MIA, and perhaps more to come in the future. This is additional great news for all current and future Envoy Pilots!
'
Couple this continuous Positive trend, Positive news and More to come, low Captain upgrade times (under 2 years and falling), 5+ years flow to American, makes Envoy again a very Good place to be at. In fact with the recent Airline industry hiring trend most having difficulty finding qualified pilots, Envoy is having +70 new hires a month and increasing.

With the Envoy classes being filled up quickly shows Envoy being one of the top choices for new hires looking at getting inn to the Airlines perhaps with their final goal of working for a Major Airline like American Airlines.

Congrats again to all the recent new Captains, future Miami based Pilots, and future new hire Envoy Pilots!

I know the majority of envoy people are good folks just like the rest of us, but anytime I hear the name envoy I can't help but associate it with these type people who post these type threads. Please read this carefully: nobody other than envoy people care about this stuff. You are giving your group a bad name with this corny advertisement stuff. Trust me, people are rolling their eyes when this envoy stuff gets posted.

He's probably a recruiter. He also thinks people are too dumb and aren't clicking the envoy thread so he's making sure they see it on the regional section too.

That problem has been taken care of. When these recruiters do the spam thing, just turn them in and get rid of them. Just click on the red triangle in the bottom left corner and get rid of the spammers.

It may have been a 'recruiter type' that started the thread. Dunno from my point of view. But will say, this is good enough news I can see why it should be pointed out in the general regional forum.

I certainly wouldn't be bent out of shape if someone from another airline posted something positive about their company here.

It was posted in almost every regional sub forum, not the general forum like it is now. It defeats the purpose of splitting up the regional forum when one person posts the same info under every regional.

Personally, I am just thankful that they worded the tittle as: Miami (MIA). That really cleared up the confusion I had about which Miami we were talking about here.

Look at the weird capitalization in the guy's post. There's really no sense to anything he does.

I think he's trying to put more emphasis on the selling points. That's the tactic. Sell, sell, sell!!! It is really annoying. Just shows how desperate management is.
