I was just wondering about the written for the interview. Is it out of the ATP written or is it something they made up? Also I was wondering what chapters to focus on the most for that written if it is out of the ATP book. Thanks!

Best guess it that it is from the ATP. Do not worry we cannot fill classes. We hire 30 and half show up.

Do you think it is a good idea to apply even though I am short of the mins? Just to let them know I am interested.
I have 500tt and 35 multi but I am present a 121 airline dispatcher?

You can't fill classes? and I get a call yesterday morning about being 90 hours short on total time and 120 hrs. over their multi time. I know they have their mins. but when you can't find people to commit to training maybe you should look at a guy like me and give me a shot at an interview.

It has to do with their insurance requirements. Guys their min are already ridiculously low. If they dropped them any further they would have to give you your commercial ticket in the initial check out. One of the classes that went through a few weeks ago had a high time guy with 457 hrs ttl.
Keep pushing if you want it they will call you. It never hurts to apply.

Then why are they turning away a guy with 410 hrs?
