Chautauqua Training and Bases

First question, what is the pay while in initial training at Chautauqua? Second question, how difficult is it to change bases if you do not get your choice out of training? It looks like Chautauqua will be hiring alot of guys in the next year. I assume this will make base changes alot easier? I would like Buffalo and have heard that it is not a favorite for pilots at Chautauqua. Any other comments at life at Chautauqua would be great.

Thanx for your help

Rumor around here is that Buffalo may not be a base for much longer. Training pay is $1600 for the first month and then guarantee starting at the beginning of the second month.

I heard that they are pretty much hiring into just about any base you want.

any one else heard that.

I sent my stuff in over the weekend, and see if I can get the interview.
They were needing people that were typed in the jets, so maybe I can work a deal for them to give me indy right off the bat, or I will just stay where I am at

ahhh I see how it is now reeves. "Blah Blah Blah, keep leaving, i'll be at the top of the FO list in 1 year "

Has two weeks of reserve at the good ole Hulas Sweat shop got to you already?!?!?!

If you would stay at TSA just because CHQ didn't give you IND, you're one sick individual.

Well from my standpoint, I am too dam dumb to know any better
Scarykite knows that

haha
for now as for the sick indvidual thing, i dont hate TSA yet, have not been there long enough.
and to be honest, I am not thrilled at the idea of doing ground over again,
but we will wait and see.
I am just exploring options as of now, I really dont have enough time to head over to CHQ yet. And plus I still have a wife that loves me and wants me to be home more, and indy would work out great, and then even if I get chq, and get stl as a base or something like that, I am still one up on the game.

Boy you guys just have to love the new guys with all their grand ideas

And scary, I still think that if I stay one year I will be on the top of the fo list.
I am not going to back down from that idea yet.

That would require around 140 or so FOs to upgrade or quit. Thats possible, but not likely, even for a hole like trans states!

With the current average of about 12 FO's/month, I think its possible/likely.

I moved up 20 numbers at TSA from March to April!
