Talking 1,500 hr/ ATP exceptions?

I've heard of some regionals offering to pay to finish minimum requirements for an ATP (up to 100 hours of flight time to meet the 1,500TT). Was looking to see if anyone's heard of offers closer to 200 hrs to bridge that gap. Thanks in advance !

Silver has a program like this. I don't know many details, but I think they give you $5000 to build time, or will pay for your CFI so you can use that to build time. Again, I don't know exactly how it works.

Just keep in mind that for all of these programs you are still paying for your time. It comes out of your bonus. It is like getting an advance on your future pay to finish up your time.

Could you find another way to get 200 hours faster than another whole year? And yes Republic offers 100 hours as well as multi time. The latter is often quite useful to just get the required time and get into class since getting hired at a place that flies multi can be a process. My friends got 30 hours of multi in a week and still had some money on the bonus left over.

Go fly single-pilot freight for 6 months or so.
