Pinnacle suspending new hire classes
 

Got a message today the Pinnacle is suspending indefinitely their new hire classes. Other than the obvious (NW Ch 11) anybody have an idea what's going on and when they will start again?

I had an interview and it was cancelled, lady who called me said they may stop delivery of some Jets, things are very grave at NW, I believe it, no one is making money at $65 plus oil prices, what is crazy is that NW and Delta are thinking of eliminating huge portions of their domestic operations? Buddy of mine at Comair says they are talking furlows!

A buddy called me today and told me that Pinnacle is furloughing 150 pilots.

Pinnacle says Northwest asks it to remove planes
NEW YORK, Sept 26 (Reuters) - Pinnacle Airlines Corp. said on Monday it had received a request from its airline partner, Northwest Airlines to remove 15 CRJ aircraft from service effective Oct. 31.
