IAD is our smallest, most senior base on the FO side. You won’t be able to hold a line there for a while.

AWAC has been a great place to work, but be aware you will do a tour in MKE at some point.

PM me if you want more info.

So just to throw it out there... My commute has two directs a day for a 2:30 hour. The ONLY reason I do it is because its on my metal and wide open.

If it was another carriers equipment, with heavier loads I would not be ok with it.

I’m hopefully about to get started in the 121 world and will definitely commute. I do have 2 “local” airports but they’re far enough apart I’d have to commit to one on any given commute. (VPS primary and PNS as a backup.) I would have assumed ATL would be my goal for quickest commute and a drive option if absolutely required - but I’m not sure?

It’s been mentioned that there are usually open seats on the ATL-VPS trip, and multiple options per day. But I haven’t seen any info with the fidelity you mentioned above out of TPA.
Typically once you're employed you have access to your partner's non rev booking website which gives you that detailed information.

You won't get access to those websites until you are off double-secret probation....

That should be fine, worst case that's a lot of jumpseats.

Three daily flights would probably be about the minimum I'd consider, and one could expect trouble during peak seasons.

Three flights a day isn't great.

Figure that probably means 7am, noon and 5pm. (Or 6am, 1pm, 9pm)

If one flight is full, you could be in for some long waits or scrambling to two-leg it.
