Duty and Trip Rigs - Scheduled or Actual?
At SkyWest all of our trip and duty rigs are based solely on scheduled Duty and TAFB times. In other words, if you are scheduled for a 10 hour duty day, we are not protected for delays and extensions that occur to extend the day or trip.
Do any regionals' duty or trip rigs cover actual time accounting for delays or extensions?

Wouldn't duty rig be handled by the day, and the trip leg handled by the trip?
I don't understand how the individual legs factor in?
