Regional Interships/Wingman Programs

Hello All,
For all of you wonderful aviators out there, what are the pros and cons of these wingman and cadet programs for the airlines? Is it worth it to commit to these company during your training? I know some provided limited flight benefits but what do they provide that traditional entry FOs wont?

Thank you in advance

If they give you a seniority number take it and run.

I would not "commit" to anything, regionals need you more than you need them.

It doesn't hurt to take any bennies or seniority they offer, but don't hesitate to take a job elsewhere when the time comes.

Mostly these programs exist to get you emotionally invested in that regional.

If they offer you money, then off course there will be strings attached. Be sure you need the money or prefer to work there anyway before signing any contacts.

None of them are offering a number.

And if they did they would get no one else to apply. No way I would show up to day 1 of class where 500 people who are still in fight school have seniority on me.
