Thanks for the feedback. Any particular reason why it is such a waste?

I would like to know why people think the RJ program is a waste of time. It seems to me that it could only help someone that is not familiar with a glass cockpit or CRJ procedures. I mean the interview consist of flying a CRJ simulater. Now I dont know about you, but I have never been in a CRJ or any simulator for that matter. So I think it would benefit me to get sme instruction in it so when I do go to the interview I will have some idea of whats going on.

I mean just because you meet the minimums to get hird doesnt mean you will pass the interview. People tend to forget this fact. If you have never worked in a professional airline environment it can be different. So Ithik its best to get as much onfo as you can to work in this type of environment

I've never even seen a crj and I smoked the interview. The sim is a pcatd, you can find one at your local flight school. The ATP sim program is a waste of money, save it for your first year as an FO.

Airlines must respect it though. There are many regionals that are giving reduced minimums to people that complete this course. Why is that?
