Which airlines accept early applications?

Does anyone know which regional airlines out there will accept FO applications at 500TT? I know you still have to wait until hitting ATP minimums before you can go to them. But I was told there are regionals that will give you a COE at 500TT so you already have a position waiting for you once you finish your hours..

Read about it but I am under the impression you have to be training for or working as a CFI for one of the pilot mills that have agreements with various regionals such as

Envoy has a cadet program but like the poster above stated, you have to be working at one of their approved flight schools.

It’s not guaranteed. It will be a “conditional” job offer. Either you or them can void it.

I’m not sure what the benefit would be. Get your time, apply to the companies you desire to work for, interview, accept offer. It really is that simple.

Air Wisconsin and SkyWest are two I’ve found.

There is no point to locking yourself in somewhere at 500 hours. Just apply when you got the time, what you want now and what you want say a year or even 6 Monthes from now can change. Airlines change too. 3 years ago no one wanted to go to endeavor. Now people are waiting 6 Monthes for a class date. Just apply when ready.

I hear you all. I was just kind of hoping to find one who does Tuition reimbursements. Funny enough, I just found out this morning that my school just came to an agreement with PSA to soon begin a partnership program (lucky me!). Apparently after 1,000TT I’ll be able to get a COE and also receive a few thousand dollars in tuition reimbursement
