I知 choosing Skywest.
I narrowed my choices down to Skywest now it痴 time to choose airframe (apparently you get a preference???) I壇 like to fly the ERJ for the longer hauls instead of the up and downs in the 200 but seniority would be better faster in the CRJ. For all the Skywest guys, CRJ vs ERJ pros and cons? Pay, flight benefits, bases, QOL overall?? Thanks in advance.

That is so good for you. Hey everyone! Make sure to congratulate this guy on making such a great decision. You did a great job buddy.
In unrelated news, shouldn't pay, benefits, bases, etc be the deciding factor in choosing an airline?

Hope you don't have to call in sick at all while on probation or miss a commute! First goal should be what airframe will get you to the base you live in the fastest, who cares about the plane and leg length because at the end of the day you're still a regional pilot flying planes at a discounted rate. Also, the ups and downs is what makes you most proficient and remain that way, a good way to learn in your first airline gig. Best of luck!
