Your first year you are a Probationary ALPA member...after you are off probation you become an Active member. You work under the ALPA CBA and you *should* be entitled to the same representation as an Active member...you just cannot vote.

I think that is BS. If you are paying the same fees you should get the same services...

Yeah.. That's what i think is BS.. I wasn't disagreeing, i think it is BS that i have to pay and cant use the services..

I'll try again.....there are no dues or fees the first year or while you are on probation. You actually get more than what you pay for since you pay nothing.
