I'm locking this. I delved slightly into his past posts here and I don't see any great problem. Things from other sites I could care less about. That's a direct quote from Doug at JC ref this site, so I don't see any reason to not play the same.

Picking on somebody cause they might not understand how things work isn't gonna cut it here. Maybe a helpful hint, or a PM, as to how it is might help the person. But public berating doesn't cut it. We're trying to make this a nicer place.
