While on reserve, are you paid the minimum 75/80 hrs even if you don't fly that much?

Yes. Keep in mind, if you miss a commute, call in sick without sick time to cover it, etc, you will be docked. I missed my commute the other day due to a mx gate return. Big kick in the nuts.
