Default Best Captain off street options!?

Hi guys,
I’m pretty new to this forum so take it easy on me. I have part 121 experience with CL-65 and B767 type ratings. I’m just trying to get some PIC time to check that box. I know places like envoy or gojet have direct entry captain or some others like endeavor give you captain slot out of training. Currently live in ATL, but being on reserve at whatever base is not a factor as long as I get to fly(45 to 50 hrs block a month) ( prefer better equipment over the base). Which regional would be the best option to get DEC and actually FLY!! Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated.

The days of Endeavor awarding captain right away are gone.

Maybe consider checking the TPIC box under part 91 or 135. It would open up many more options for you.

If you don’t care about QOL, Piedmont might fit the bill. They’re critically short on Captains so everyone is getting 45-50 hrs+ a month on a regular basis.

11 days off, 90 minute call outs though.

Aren't we still sending new hires right back through upgrade training after they complete initial? We are still forcing upgrades, seems like they would still be hiring Capt qualified guys. (if we can find them)

I would caution anyone from coming here to build time, as they will be sitting reserve at an outstation.
