Skywest Upgrade Time

I know this is something that is repeated to death on here but what is Skywest current upgrade time. Is it still 2 years RJ 1.5 Bro?

I heard something like 4 and half days... that could have just been a rumor though. The Bro may be as low as 3 days...

I have been there 15 days and haven't been awarded a capt spot yet in the EMB! Probably should fly the plane first though! Could be under a year in the BRO and just about 2 years for the jet IF you meet the upgrade mins!

Just flew with an ORD RJ captain who was just off IOE, he had 18 months with the company.

Yes, I know another 18 month RJ captain, assigned MKE from FAT.

The mins are 2500TT and 1000 hours "crew time".

Just remember that these are current upgrade times and may and most likely may not represent the future... things can change literally overnight and can change even more drastically in 2 years.

Best of Luck though...
