You're welcome.

Worth noting, reserve rules aren't the best. Figure 11 days off a month and lots of airport standby, and some long airport sits due to inefficient pairings.

But, you'll upgrade quick. Fly your ass off. And hopefully move on after working with some good people.

Yes I’m aware that the quick upgrade or street CA program results in a less than desirable QOL. Some of us truly need the PIC and will be gone once the hour is satisfied. Any advice on who’s best right now?
What hours do you have to satisfy 121 upgrade/CA requirements? That may add another dimension to this you may or may not have considered.

Junior PDT CLT CA is a June 2018 hire (DEC). CAs on reserve are flying 50-60hrs a month apparently.

You will be on reserve for a while, but since we're chronically short on captains, you WILL fly on reserve. Plan on a Newark base though, unless something radically changes.

I've been on reserve all year, will likely log close to 800 hours.
Also, training right now is running between 90 - 110 days from day 1 of ground, to finishing IOE. Captain pay begins right after you pass your PC if you are awarded CA.
