paternity leave

Anyone know what the typical paternity leave benefit is at the regionals, if they even have one? What if your wife goes into labor and you are off on a trip?

I'm particularly interested in Skywest and Eagle and was curious about this.

Very good question. Lets see what comes about.

at most places FMLA is your only option. You don't get paid during this leave but you do get to keep seniority, medical benefits, and longevity. Just talk to your benefits person and tell them what you need.
