Government Shutdown

Hey guys, is the government shutdown affecting ATP checkrides? To my understanding, testing centers are administering tests, but the FAA won’t process them for the obvious reasons.

I know for sure the certification stuff isn’t happening...IE plastic cards getting mailed and updating the database.

What about airline new-hire on-boarding - PRIA requests FAA documentation, etc?
