When does the 100 Hours in 120 days start? What day does it start? Checkride date? Start of IOE? When?

99% sure it is your checkride date.

120 days after completion of:
a. the flight maneuvers portion of an ATP certificate with type rating,
OR
b. an additional type rating practical test
OR
c. a proficiency check at the completion of initial or initial equip training.
