Endeavor 13 year captain, junior line holder $147K. Typically 14-15 days off each month. Fair amount of premium pay to start 2018, basically nothing available the back half of the year. And that does include the final retention bonus payment last January. I expect to make slightly less this year unless the premium pay really ramps back up.

Endeavor has the highest pay scale as far as I now.
