I can assure you that I do more damage from within than most on this board do from the outside. Every F.O. that sits down in the cockpit gets a thorough explanation of this company, and of course I work VERY hard to let the knew guys know what crew track can and can't do . I also let them know how to get out the door with the last paycheck and possibly cause some mass confusion on the way. So I do my fare share to repay all the favors.
Just don't assume one's IQ from their company....or spelling on APC

Hold up there...I think I hear you saying that someone that works or has worked for this company might not be that smart....Well, there are some of us that found ourselves here due to former workforce reductions and other reasons. Not all of us started with 250 hours ...or even 1500 hours for that matter. That doesn't mean we are not looking for the door, just that we needed a paycheck.

I'm sure he meant no offense. I think what the man is saying is that one should not feel intimidated in the least by this guy he's refering to and I agree.

So here's my question...if you do whatever it takes to screw the company...why do you still work there? I'm guessing it's not out of the goodness of your heart to give the inside scoop to all the pilots sitting next to you.

Well, at least we can all agree that Mesa sucks donkey balls.
As far as people defending the place.... wow! JO must have pitched in for the extra strength kool-aid for you.
Reality is, this kid will go to Mesa. After about a month or so, he'll come back to APC and tell us he finally saw the light and jumped ship. Happens to a lot of SJS victims.....
.... I'll bet a Shiner Bock on it!

I'm not defending JO, but I am trying to point out where people are posting false info on here.
I'm just trying to keep the bull**** on here to a minimum.
Sharky-
Way to exert yourself here on the boards. Does calling someone a douche on the internet make you feel tough? I bet.
Blastboy-
Funny you should mention being able to tell everything about someone from these boards...b/c you and sanchez assumed I was a new grad b/c of my screen name. When I first registered with the site, over a year ago, I was a recent graduate. You both also assumed I was a farmington grad as well. So sorry for actually reading what you said, rather than just assuming based off your name.

Everyone needs to settle down and ask themselves if they've ever been in the same situation as the kid who started this thread. Probably not. If you were like me you got hired at the first regional that took you, and it sucked.
Unfortunately the majority of you think that after you leave your CFI job, and your randomly selected regional becomes 'the place to be', that you somehow earned a badge of honor for the industry or became an expert. Trust me, you are neither.
You are a pilot just like the rest of us, yet you happened to stumble into a good situation. If you tell me that you turned down classes left and right to go to the 'right' regional then I will tell you two things. 1) You're a liar. 2.) If not, you're a total dumbass because seniority rules all and you never when the window will slam shut.
My definition of 'SJS' is the unbelievably pompous attitude you chumps get when you learn how to fly one.

Sanchez-
Woooooooowwwwwww, we're late a lot. Are you serious? Really?
As far as the attrition rate: It's unfourtunate that Mesa hired a bunch of weak ass pilots who cry, and wimper and ***** because they're not treated like royalty. What exactly did any of you think when you signed on to be a pilot? It's not exactly a white collar job.
Get serious, and get your head out of you ass.
Tell me about the DOT stats again. I need a good laugh.

I'll tell you what I expected when I got hired...exactly what I got. A company that pays well, respects my days off, respects my contract, has great relations with our union, and makes it a point to hire folks with an education as THIS IS A WHITE COLLAR JOB.
Conversation is over, come back and talk with the grown ups when you're old enough to upgrade and you nut sack drops.
