Is being in a union important to you?
If the answer is yes then go to Compass.
If you would prefer to not be in a union then go to Skywest.

This is absolutely the wrong reason to pick a regional, no matter on which side of the fence you fall.

Yeah, speaking as the MEC chair of our snack basket committee I can tell you that we get no respect from the company. Just the other day we were drawing up an announcement that we had negotiated a new contract with Kellogs to offer chocolate covered rice krispies and it was blocked by the company legal team in the 11th hour. SMH. Now we will likely have go to arbitration. The RLA heavily favors companies who want to save money by whipsawing snack vendors to lower costs
