No. A union body that’s governed by the RLA requires government permission to go on strike. There’s several dozen hoops to jump through just to get to that point as well.

Not only can you not strike, but any kind of talk about any job action to include not picking up open time, taxiing with both engines and the APU running, making extra write ups can lead to termination and heavy fines for ALPA in addition to mucking up contract talks even more.
