Morning!,

thread will derail fast but hopefully I'll get a couple of decent opinions.

I know there are better options out there, but if choosing between these three? what are pros/cons in your opinion? better training department? ""QOA"" (I know)?

Air Wisconsin, no contest...all 3 have their problems, but Jesus, ZW in a sentence with TSA and Mesa is almost sacrilege.

Air Wisconsin especially if you live in base and/or have a family. They have great health care.

Mesa offers the chance for lots of money potential and fast upgrades. You will fly a lot there. Also, I wouldn't commute for them, but for in base it would be doable.

TSA, well, it would be the last for me but that is only because it doesn't check any boxes.

TSA is a fully-engaged dumpster fire.

ZW is kinda like a controlled burn. You can see where it's going, so you know where it's safe to stand. However, you probably don't want to stand there too long.

Mesa is like the guy swallowing swords that are engulfed in flames. A lot of people think he's crazy. Some folks are into that kind of thing, but a lot of other people are waiting for him to accidentally stab and/or burn himself one day.

Love these analogies.

Hilarious.

Lie.

I turned down two other regionals before I chose Mesa.

I wouldn't pay too much attention to what he says based on his multiple threads he started

I'm curious as to how many of those that have replied actually know anything about any of the companies, other than what they have read online. Do they work for any of the companies? Know someone that does?
Reminds me of how people talk for and against their favorite NFL team.

We have ex-ZW folks at my airline.

I had some sims in PHX and met a few Mesa pilots at the hotel.

TSA is strictly opinion in my case. I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only one with that opinion, though. :D

Exactly.

Just as they talk about other pilots whom they’ve never flown with.

I.e. “You must be a horrible pilot based on your last post that I disagree with.”

I know several Mesa pilots who live in base. They seem to be happy, certainly as happy as any other pilot I’ve met at the regionals. Sure there are issues but we all have them. Mesa has a stigma, undeserved in my opinion, that they just can’t shake.

Lots of hours and money to made there if you hustle.

Thank you for being honest and objective.
