They used the US AIR call sign.
They were a division of US AIR Holding, (subsidiary).
They were owned and operated by US Air.
How DUMB can you get?

Isn't it kind of stupid for them to be suing everybody? They sued the all of the various companies that could have been involved, and then sued the labor group that represents them. That's kind of like saying, management screwed us, but we screwed ourselves since our own PILOTS/ELECTED REPRESENTITIVES didn't have a clue as to what was going on?

Am I missing something here?
