Hands down, no junior manning of reserves..

Been at one other company that pulled that stunt a lot, man totally different job and a lot less stressful!

Duty rig is up there too. Helps when your day is full of NYC delays

The rigs are the biggest thing missing from Endeavor’s contract. We have a 5 day rig but need protections for 14.5 hour duty days with 5 hours credit.

Or 4 days worth 16.5 hours, which are very common in ATL.

Also must say having 12 days off and ability to drop reserve days helps a lot when it comes to QOL as well. Makes reserve actually bearable. I’m usually averaging about 13-14 days off (not on duty) which sure beats 11 days off at a lot of places

There is no “ability to drop reserve days” in the Endeavor contract. It’s at company discretion, they stated doing it because we were overstaffed. As that is corrected, the ability to do this has or will vanish.

No. No more people need to know about that. ;)

Haha. Was actually going to post something very similar.

I get 2/3 of the month off 4 times a year and I get the days off I need every month with line bidding and vacation trip touch. I've been there a while.

Agreed. Where I work my first year I had 6 days of vacation and I turned it into 18 days off with pbs. You just have to be strategic with how you bid and what vacation week you choose.

We uhh... we uhh.. flow? Does flow count? We’ve conceded everything we can to management, including the right to cut our pay without restriction or implement PBS at any time for any reason. Our contract is written to better enable management abuses, not prevent them.

Yeah, but you may or may not be able to flow in just under a decade...!
