Mesa does, routes get changed around all the time so it’s always subject to change but we’ve had CHA solidly for the last year and a half, best bet would be if one had a mx base there, I don’t know of any that do though.

Skywest does on and off, EDV might ( on the DL side). I think 1 UAX carrier would out of ORD (SKW, AWAC, XJT, TSA?)

But regional flying gets rotated around occasionally. I wouldn't pick a regional based on overnights.

It’s an unusual station with regional service that doesn’t have regional overnights. If you have a 10 o’clock arrival and 6 AM departure, that is at least two crews overnighting
