Just for pilots.

Non-Rev is usually where you family can get a free ride of reduce rate on most carriers in coach or first class..Some airplanes an extra seat or two in the cockpit and most transport category airplane has a flight attendant jump seat also..

Well usually its a fold out chair that you sit in the cockpit during the flight, sometimes they are complicated to figure out. Good luck! ;)

I hate to be the geek here, but, maybe for security reason, this information should not be posted on the net. I know it sounds stupid but since ASA hired one of the 10 most wanted on the FBI list (as a flight attendant) and he kept asking about the FFDO program, it makes you think.

How comfy are the fold-out seats? The ones in which the FAs sit don't look so great.

I'm confused ..... forget the jumpseat question. I think that must be for pilots only where you actually ride in the cockpit ??

You might be thinking of an ID90 type thing. Different airlines have agreements with others that allow you to get discounted tickets (up to 90% off normal price). It is different for every airline who they partner with. Some airlines (like Delta) have other deals for families of pilots to fly their airline. Depends on the airline.

I my family hasen't used any of these yet, so I can't go into more helpful details. I believe that they are space available, but I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.

depends on the airplane. some fold down and are very uncomfortable, while others are just like pilot seats. :)
