Canadian regionals

Have any of you U.S. citizens tried getting on (or gotten on) with a Canadian regional? They sound so much more family-friendly, since most nights they are home. I'm curious how hard it would be to get a job there if you're a foreigner?

You'd need right-to-work for sure. Used to be harder to get a job up there than down here... historically a lot of Canucks come down here to fly (and usually stay). Compare their legacy pay rates (Air Canada) to ours and you'll see why. Then subtract some more taxes.
