FWIW, I've read the Piedmont Airline Recruiter's post in their forum that they're hiring Direct Entry Captains on the EMB-145 in CLT. Might be a case of frying pan into the fire thou.

no, because they’re a WO... they will eventually merge the three WO when it becomes necessary.
