Silver for trans states

As a former silver guy let me vouch they shouldn’t be in the other category can we flip flop them with tsa in light of the resent news?

Are you “vouching” to put Silver Airways in the regional category on APC? They’re NOT a regional airline.

Silver Airways LLC., is a United Statesregional airline with its headquarters in Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport in unincorporatedBroward County, Florida, near Fort Lauderdale. It was founded in 2010 with assets from the former Gulfstream International Airlines,[3] and currently operates around 100 daily scheduled flights to ten cities in Florida, one city in Alabama and eight destinations in the Bahamas, with hubs at Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Tampa.

Yeah screw TSA. Might as well replace them right away with a carrier nobody except for those in FL know about.

Ridiculous statement on your part.

I'm also a former Silver guy and I can vouch that no one outside of Florida knows what Silver is. "Other" is the best place for them.

Our approximate standard for getting your own forum is jet regionals with about 500-ish pilots. If you have props and 500 pilots I'd probably go for that.

It's not a vanity thing, it's just to help manage post traffic.

Agreed. So glad what I pushed for a couple of years ago (this format and threshold), rather than the jumble of everyone in one bucket, has been so widely accepted. Much better that what we had.

Anticipating consolidations and some regionals going out of business by mid 2020’s, this seemed like a reasonable threshold.

Florida!
The 27th region in our nation.
The regional capital is Tallahassee.
The official regional nickname is The Sunshine Region.
It's adjacent to the regions of Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia.
