On the Road...Help needed!

Well I've begun my journey to where the sun sets now (east coast to Utah, baby!)...but being that I can't even afford to LOOK at food (much less eat it haha) I'm desperately looking for a place to crash for the next couple of nights. Tonight I'll be in the St. Louis area, tomorrow night Denver, and then I need one night in Salt Lake...if anybody has a crash-pad, couch, love-seat, even a piece of floor, whatever...that they can let me borrow for a few hours of rest I'd be super-grateful!

Either reply or PM me - I'll be checking back at every gas-up along I-70.

Thanks!!

I know your broke, but if all else fails motel 6 is cheap. Cheapest if you stay at dumps in small towns. Cheaper still if you book online. I won't got so far as to say its clean, but I stayed there many times in my younger years and never got bitten or a disease from staying there.

It's good to have a car in SLC. There's plenty to do in the area, but not withing walking distance of the airport hotels.

ExperimentalAB 05-26-2007 04:10 PM

Yep - This is Airline Training Program number FOUR for me...I learned from the first three that you ALWAYS want your car with you...and SLC actually looks like quite the happening place, judging from the drive up I-15!

Actually JUST got into SLC about ten minutes ago. Checked-in, and haven't even unpacked the car yet - couldn't stand being away from ya'll HAHA...

Thanks Shaun, that link is solid GOLD. I'll be using it often ;-)

I did manage to luck out on the way out here though - stayed with a F/A I flew with once in STL night 1, spent night 2 in my car in Colorado (ugh...) and here in SLC night 3 at the hotel!
