I’ve always wondered how the Air Force U-28 guys stack up when it comes to Airline hiring? PC-12 time, but lots of time flying in, around, and over some not so friendly areas.
I actually know a guy who is at 10 years in the Air Force and only has PT-6 time since his assignments have been the U-28 and a T-6 IP.

So selectivity to get into the program counts (ex. U2), and also the nature/complexity of the mission.
Any mil experience will carry far more weight than any civilian ASEL, that's an apples to oranges comparison so I wouldn't worry about that (assuming a FW UPT background, majors tend to prefer that over helo people who didn't do UPT, even if they flew FW at some point).
