Fedex intentionally altered their hiring mins to include the U-28 so they must have a decent shot. Whether Fedex values PC-12 time the same as U-28 time remains to be seen. There are pretty significant differences between a pax PC-12 and a U-28.

Mil anything is good, especially right now. The relative "desirability" of mil experience depends on the mission... some majors do like fighter people because there is some relative selectivity along that path.

So selectivity to get into the program counts (ex. U2), and also the nature/complexity of the mission.

Any mil experience will carry far more weight than any civilian ASEL, that's an apples to oranges comparison so I wouldn't worry about that (assuming a FW UPT background, majors tend to prefer that over helo people who didn't do UPT, even if they flew FW at some point).
