Envoy is still working with their old BK/Concessionary contract, BK judges have in the past made temporary deals permanent regardless of the wording of the deal and companies will keep pushing for more, at least that's how it was with Envoy/Eagle.
Hopefully Republic management actually looks upon your pilots with even the slightest amount of dignity and respect, allowing this deal to work. If this same offer was made at Envoy, it would be a very hard pass from a lot of the pilots simply due to the way they have behaved towards us in the past, present and most likely future.
If you all are happy, celebrate that and hope it works.

I think it is a matter of prospective to be totally honest. Good on you all if you feel this deal is good for you and your pilots. Maybe it is, maybe it isnt come March 31st. When you look at pilots that have been through BK before with a company like Envoy though, you will quickly see why there are some that may see this as a losing proposition.

He is taking the time to add prospective from someone who has been through a concessional LOA and you belittle him. If you don’t want to listen to guys that have been through this countless times before then do not complain when it certainly happens again. The whole those that don’t learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
