Does anyone know what the interview is like and the QOL at the company? Thanks

you will end up flying a lot. the schedules arent to bad, but can be long days. the overnights weren't to bad. most of the people you fly with are good people. its fun flying since theres not autopilot.

I would advice you to talk to people that have worked there. I had three guys in my initial, and they had nothing but negative comments about the operation. Again, this is strictly hearsay, but I would still encourage you to do your homework. Best of luck.

i worked there about 5 years ago and it was a lot of fun. then again that was 5 years ago and a lot could have changed in that amount of time.

I worked for a company that flew to all the same places and had quite a few friends who worked there both as Captains and FOs. One buddy who got hired as a street captain said that half the kids you'll fly with are more harm then help in the cockpit. There isn't really much of a screening process....so imagine the most desperate, SJS afflicted kid at your local FBO as your FO right after he got his commercial multi! Thats not to say that everybody is bad but I can tell you from experience that its more than the usual 10% FYI, one of my buddy's who was a CA there went directly to CAL. Good luck |
