ASA Training

Could someone please explain the training process at ASA?

The basic schedule from day 1 through reserve. (Including times)

Crash pad; is it a necessity at this point?

Does the airline fund the hotel for the entire training process?

Any other pertinent information is appreciated.

Please only people who know ASA

It takes 2.5 months. Your paid about $1,200 month after taxes during training. They put you up in a hotel for 3 months. You get weekends off for the first 5 weeks. You get flight benifits after 30 days. You are in CASS after 2 weeks. Did I miss anything?
