Pilot seniority date is off the date you start as a PILOT ONLY. SKW uses the last 4 of your SSN as the way to assign your class senority. The lower the last 4 the better (0398 is SR to 9803). Some other airlines go by birthday...hope this helps.

Being a ramper is a great idea if you want to work at SKW. I haven't meet a person that went that route who didn't get a pilot job. However, some did screw up the first time and had to reinterview. Has the tower at PVU helped, or are people still trying to kill each other down there?

The tower just causes more radio congestion and makes people complacent and not vigilant for other traffic. What PVU needs is RADAR and violations for kamikaze college katanas.
