technical phone interviews

What companies do technical phone interviews to qualify you before an interview? What kind of questions do they ask?

Somebody out east was doing it last year...

It should be similar to a face-to-faece tech interview, except you probably won't be asked to draw the electrical system on a CE-410

Typical questions would be: FAR's, aircraft systems, aerodynamic theory, ESPECIALLY multi-engine theory...ALWAYS know that, IFR operations, charts, approach plates, STAR/DP's. If you're flying light GA airplanes, make SURE you know STARs/DP's even though you don't use them. Know the difference between a DP and an Obstacle DB.
