UA Aviate Partners Contract Questions

Hello everyone! I have a mentee who was just accepted into United Aviate as a former Intern. He is starting to look at regionals and is limited to the Aviate partners: GoJet, CommutAir, Mesa, and Air Wisconsin. I've been out of the regional work for quite some time now so I'm not sure the current state of contract. Has anyone done a contract comparison between the 4 with respect to the most important things: compensation, retirement, healthcare, duty/trip rigs, min day, days off, etc? I'd greatly appreciate any info to pass along.

Mesa is the shining star of that bunch. Wow

commutair and AW are probably not long for the world. See kirby’s comments on 50 seat, single-class airframes

A captain I was flying with a few weeks ago said we have Aviate guys at Republic, and that being a former intern allowed them to go here and still remain in the program. That’s the only thing I’ve about it but I would do your homework on this because it could potentially open the door to more companies if that’s the case.

As scary as that sounds, that statement is correct.

I've heard this was only available to people who had offers from carriers that no longer exist, like expressjet. Not sure if they're still allowing this.

Are we talking about pilot contracts or company prospects?

Two very different questions and what the OP actually asked about (pilot contracts) hasn't been answered.

implied but not explicitly stated in my reply: whatever differences exist in the pilot contract pale in comparison to the chance that a carrier might fold. At least 2 of the 4 choices cited have significant problems there
