Default Republic domicle/aircraft

How senior (or not) is the DEN base (170 as you all know) becoming for an FO?

If you can't get it right outta class you'll probably get it soon there after...which is the same for all republic bases.

anybody based in DEN with Republic? I'm curious to also find out if there is a 3-year opt-out clause like there was with the Horizon and Frontier agreement.
Also, what are upgrades currently looking like in the 170 at DEN? Other bases?

Thanks folks

I have heard that the 170 upgrade might go to 4-5 years once the current crop of ERJ/CRJ upgrade seat locks expire. It'll be what it is when the time comes. You can always go 170 FO to ERJ/CRJ CA then to 170 CA after 2 years. The only problem I see is that the CHQ bases are much less conducive to commuting than the RW and S5 bases. I certainly wouldn't want to uproot my family for a regional upgrade.

Probably won't happen this October. Remember it is only amendable in October....doesn't mean it will be amended in October. Come join us and get your own inside scoop. We're hiring.

More solid wording. Not as much, "The company shall try to do blah blah blah". More the "The company WILL do blah blah blah".
