Yes it is an AMR thing.

APA probably couldn't care less.

But Eagle is ALPA, and so are a lot of majors and other regionals...I would hope that ALPA national would take issue with some management scam to give Eagle ALPA members pref hiring over other ALPA regional members at ALPA majors.
