Pinnacle Sim Training Day 1

For those of you already in SIM training at Pinnacle. What's like on day one? Do they introduce you to automation or handlfying the bird and automation comes on late in training:confused: ?

Some people told me that lots of handflying and less of automation, what's the real story:) ? How are the instructors like?

Fire away!

They gave you your syllabus, right?

Probably about half and half handflying vs. autopilot.

just use some of the "flying skills" and don't crash! Red screen is bad! Just giving you a hard time- just read the syllabus, know your profiles and callouts, and fly the plane. They give you 10 lessons to learn most aspects of the plane so don't fret the small stuff. Most of all enjoy playing the $10M video game on PNCL's dime...

I got it, I am sure that the approach with only standby instruments got to be challenging!
