I never had a problem telling which one was mine in the crew room. However, I eventually put a sticker on the metal plate in back, mostly so that others didn't take mine by mistake: Someone did walk off of the employee bus with mine one day. Funny thing was, his bag did have the embroidered handle!

As a part 135 pilot I can tell you those internal metal frame bags hurt. Also, Luggage Works has a horrible warranty. They make great bags but don not stand behind their work. I wish 'Eagle Creek' or 'Briggs & Riley' made bags with as many external pockets as the aforementioned. Both of these companies have a lifetime no hassle warranty (even covers airline damage).

For anyone looking for a deal on luggage, www.flybystore.com has combo pricing when you buy a Luggageworks bag and a flight case, you can save more than $100 over buying both seperately. And you still get reward points you can turn in for free stuff too.
Also, for anyone looking for just a bag, their pricing is in line with everyone else but has more freebies included. |
