Im just wondering if anyone has gotten hired at Republic under the 1000/100 minimums. Anyone feel free to give some info. It seems to be a company I am interested in.:rolleyes:

Yes, they have...but all the folks I know who have done that recently have some sort of "in" (former intern, bridge program, Delta Connection Academy, etc). They wouldn't hire me late last summer when they announced they were getting the CRJ because I was about 30 hours short of 1500tt, despite being current and qualified on the airplane, a former CHQ intern, and living 10 minutes from HQ in Indy.

Obviously, times have changed.

My friend was hired with 1300/45 and he had no help.

There was a guy in my class that got hired with around 800TT. I'm not sure what his multi time was. If I remember correctly, he went to an aviation job fair or some sort and got an interview invite from there.

CHQ girl in class right now that supposedly has 300 hours :rolleyes:

I have heard as low as 250TT :eek:

I'm not too sure about them hiring below mins...I'm well above them, heading up to Indy tomorrow for an interview Tuesday...maybe I can get the scoop on that. Maybe I'll run into one of you guys without knowing it:D
