2 yr CA flow - Mesa, Gojet, EDV
 

I've seen ads for these airlines promising 2 year flow to their respective mainline carriers as a DEC, and I presume after completing CA upgrade.

What does the fine print say? Is flow more or less guaranteed after 24 months or is it a "xx per month" situation.

Pick the legacy you want to work for, then go work for the competitions regional.

if they really want pilots to come they’ll have to live up to their word. word will get out if it’s a bait-n-switch.

My understanding is that Endeavor's deal is that you're eligible to flow after 2 years, but just because you're eligible doesn't mean you get to skip everybody else in line. You have to wait until it's your hire date's turn to flow, which could be 7 years.

GoJet and Mesa as part of Aviate is a flow after flying as a PIC for them for 1600 hours. Hit that magic number and allegedly you auto-flow within 4 months. With everybody so desperate for captains I would imagine that you would get abused by crew scheduling and have a low QOL, but would fly a lot.

Between the three, I'd say the United flow is significantly more advantageous than the Delta one, but I would have reservations about GoJet surviving 1600 hours. As an outsider looking in, Mesa looks like the best deal to me.

All of it is BS.

At Endeavor, you're eligible to flow at two years, but as others said, it'll be at least five-to-seven years before you go. Delta takes the first 20 they hire each month from Endeavor through about May 2021 hires. After that, Delta takes the first half of their hires from Endeavor, up to 20 max.

Aviate flow is non-contractual. Terms and conditions can change direction on a dime, including, termination of the program. More than likely, United will add more gates, because they probably can't afford to have all of today's DECs leave in two years. That's apart from the current Whiskey pilot group, all of whom will work for United before the end of the year.
