I completed my airlineapps profile and published to Republic, PSA, Piedmont and Endeavor. I'm at the bare minimums and I'm well aware that the FO hiring has slowed a bit in recent months with some of these carriers. Luckily my daytime remote IT job will hold me over and I will keep flying as a CFI, but I'm kind of excited at the prospect of a potential future in this field. Anyone who has recent (within past 30 days) interview calls for those airlines for new FOs with anything to share?

Take a look at the new service contract Republic is making new hires sign. Would highly recommend not applying/interviewing/going to work there. regardless good luck! |

I second this. Under no circumstances should you interview or work for Republic. Just search the news for their contract new hires have to sign, it's unbelievable.

I disagree…. Apply, interview. Then say no when handed that contract to sign. Management needs to be told that this is a bad idea.
