Depends on aircraft and seat....
CRJ newhires have typically been getting ORD, COS, SLC.
EMB newhires are all over the map! With it being a shrinking fleet there's lots of movement.
ORD, COS, DEN are all junior for CRJ captains. SLC, PSP are senior.
SLC, FAT, PSP are junior for EMB captains. PDX, SMF and the coastal bases are senior.

Let's just say about PDX...I have been at SkyWest for nearly 4 years, and I have a better chance of upgrading at Alaska on the 73 and holding Seattle, than I do at holding PDX EMB captain for SkyWest...(I"m nearly holding a line as an RJ Captain out in COS).
also, we just got a memo from mgmt saying that PDX will be closing on the mx side, ergo...not likely that anyone else will be ableto go there.
